Dear Cuddle Karrier persons,

I have just returned from a two week trip to France and the U.K. with my 13 month old daughter and my 63 year old mother. The three of us ladies had a wonderful time and bonded even deeper. I believe that your product was an essential aid in making this trip both easier on all of us and brought us all closer.

Being able to keep my daughter Sabrina close to me and still have my hands free was fabulous! We used the Cuddle Karrier EVERY day. We used it whilst navigating the London Underground, which was so important to be able to hold on, my daughter really enjoyed feeling safe yet having the freedom of having her upper body and arms to explore her surroundings. Many times we found ourselves on short taxi rides or tour buses where installing a car seat just was not possible. The Cuddle Karrier once again proved itself in allowing me to use the leg straps to hold her in and the shoulder strap to keep her secured around my waist. It made me feel safe on top of the open top tour buses and she was secure and yet had total free range of motion of her upper body to look around and enjoy things. She had a blast! It was also fantastic in restaurants as a highchair restraint.

We even went into the English countryside and did some serious hiking and walking excursion amidst steep slopes and rainy weather. Once again the Cuddle Karrier was fantastic! I could keep Sabrina snug to me, dry under my coat and was not exhausted from having too much weight on either front or back.( I also carried a back pack) I was able to keep my center of gravity over my hips where it belongs.

I have so many wonderful things to say about your product. The best and most wonderful thing I have to say about the Cuddle Karrier is that it is the ONLYsling/carrier on the market that is made to fit petite and shorter waisted persons! I have been through so many slings and carries with so much frustration and disappointment. I would have liked to have carried my daughter more often when she was younger in attachment style parenting but found myself encumbered by so much extra fabric of slings and straps that did not accommodate my small size, leaving the carrier hanging too low to be comfortable, or else slid all over the place making baby and I frustrated and angry. Baby Bjorn style carrier although great when she was an infant , became impossible as she grew. As I said I am a short- waisted person and I found that there was not enough clearance between my chin and baby's head we were both uncomfortable. Her weight would pull me forward and my back would ache. I wish I would have known about your product from the beginning. Perhaps then, I would have been able to have more choices in my parenting style.

All in all, You have a wonderful product! I recommend it highly especially to petite women like myself who feel frustrated and diminutive using a traditional carrier. Thank you SO much! It is more than worth the price you sell it at, thank you.

My only suggestion would be that I found the non-slip surface tended to be irritating after long stretches and rubbed into my neck. If you could soften the side of the carrier, perhaps with a soft fabric around where it touches the neck, it would be perfect! I am going to sew a soft flannel strip along the neckline on mine. Other than that you get an A+++.
