We returned from Australia and Fiji last week and I had intended to email you to thank you for all of your help before we left. After we used the Cuddle Karrier for the month long trip, I realize that we would have been lost without it.
Our one-year-old is a very hefty little guy, and carrying him on your hip for longer than a moment or two is difficult. The Karrier really was valuable in those times when a stroller was not a convenient option: especially airports and on beaches. But we also used in more and more as the trip went on, simply to eliminate the hassle of a stroller.
In my opinion, you have a very fine product and excellent customer service as well! Thanks again, and best wishes for the holiday season.
